We are thrilled to now offer kids programs in both fitness and self defense at Monkey Bar Gym.
Teaching kids how to defend themselves effectively, and staying active throughout the year is so important. We have added 2 new classes geared towards children ages 7-12. Kids fitness classes will incorporate games and body weight exercises for a fun way to stay fit and promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Kids self-defense, offered through Defensive Fighting Systems, provides an effective, practical system of self-defense that will help children gain confidence, and learn skills to help them protect themselves.
